Blogger Beta - Star Rating for posts

I want to use star rating for Blogger posts. Please help me.

Blogger Beta - Display no of views for each blog post

I want to display number of views for each of my blog post. So that people who visit my blog know how many people saw that post previously. I tried Google search but did not find any service that helps me. If Blogger itself makes it available for each post it would be great. If there are any web services or code to display number of views for each post please let me know. Thanking you in advance.
